Fun Run (8:00am) - This gentle one-mile event is for all ages and types of entries, including parents with strollers, etc. No registration required. Free. Rain or shine.

5K Road Race (8:30am) - USATF certified 5K course on paved streets and bike paths passing through some of Rock Hill’s finest residential areas. Course terrain is very gentle and flat for fast times.

Pre-registration $15 at YMCA or $20 Race Day registration from 6:30-7:30am only – no exceptions. Register online at www.strictlyrunning.com or download a race form.

Race t-shirt included only for pre-registered entries. Rain or shine.

All runners are asked to bring a pair of old athletic shoes to recycle.
